Went into the shop looking to replace the battery for my Swiss Army watch for prom. I expected to drop it off, pay and then later pick it up. Service was fantastic and I got my watch back all set and working within 3-5 minutes. Service and staff are very very good and I will be coming back again!

Stopped at Tatnuck Jewelers today to have a battery replaced in several watches. Hat a wonderful place! They cleaned my very dirty wedding and engagement rings....and Beth helped me to choose an absolutely beautiful emerald/diamond ring. Had no intention of buying anything, but could not resist the ring....they are wonderful there.....and also have a beautiful pup who greeted me! This is my new place!

Great local jeweler. Will adjust your watch band, change the batteries, etc. Knowledgeable. Nice selection of fine jewelry. Reasonable pricing.

I love Tatnuck Jewelers. The owners are so helpful and friendly. I can always get my watch batteries,and bands, replaced quickly and reasonably priced. They have an excellent selection of jewelry.

I cannot recommend this place enough. I’ve only been here once, but they made me feel like I’ve been going there for decades. They fixed my Citizen watch and gave it an amazing cleaning, making an almost 10 year old watch like new again. They have TOTALLY won me over as a customer. Service is A+, but the friendliness and convenient location is a huge bonus, at least for me.

I searched for days to find a watchmaker in the Worcester area that could fix my Zodiac Super Sea Wolf with an STP 1-11 movement. After some research I found Tatnuck Jewlers. So glad I did! He serviced my watch, fixing the rotor issue, and had it done in 2 days! I will absolutely be using Tatnuck Jewlers for all my watch needs going forward. Also, the service cost was extremely reasonable!

I brought in two watches, one for a new battery and one for a watchband pin replacement. Both were done for a reasonable price, and I was in and out of the shop in about five minutes. Great work, friendly people, and I'll never complain about seeing and petting a shop dog in any store. I'd go back for any watch repair in a heartbeat.
